Dr. Manning was born and
raised in southern Idaho. After graduating with honors from The
University of Idaho, he attended medical school at the University
of Washington and then did a National Institutes of Health Research
Fellowship at the University of Washington. After his internship
at the Los Angeles County’s University of Southern California
Medical Center, Dr. Manning completed his Orthopaedic Residency
training at the University of Utah. He then did an extra year of
fellowship training in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine
at Orthopaedic Research of Virginia.
Since completing his training in 1988, Dr. Manning
has practiced Orthopaedic Surgery in Las Vegas. He joined Orthopaedic
Specialists in his first year here, His practice focuses on arthroscopic
surgery, sports medicine, joint reconstruction, and fracture~care.
He is the team physician for Durango, Clark, and Chaparral High
Schools. He is board certified and a member of the American Academy
of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Manning has three children and enjoys
skiing, boating, biking, reading, and computers.
