New hires are evaluated after ninety days to ensure they are meeting the goals and objectives of their position. They are reevaluated annually to help make decisions concerning promotion, to help improve work performance, in merit salary reviews, and for disciplinary actions where applicable. Performance evaluation is an important part of a manager’s responsibility to direct, train, monitor and support employees’ work to support the mission of our organization.
